From the information provided by the customer, that it could be in software/hardware support as well as in traditional way based in 2D planes, our technical office offers a design service in agreement with the high technology systems we have. We develop therefore, projects following the most traditional ways as well as works requiring the last computing tools. |

In the following images we are going to show you the typical process we follow for the manufacturing of a model.
Starting from the geometry drawn in 2D (in this case), we have made the model in 3D with our CAD/CAM software for programming the CNC machines later and getting model with the best quality.

The developing of the design is made in continuous contact with the casting factory. In this way we can obtain the best result of the piece to make. We adapt therefore, to the requirements of the final customer as well as to the technological requirements of the casting company. |
